CUCE-NYC 4-H Alum Is Named One Of New York’s #TrueLeaders This Week

The New York State 4-H Foundation is recognizing 4-H true leaders from around the state and this week’s #TrueLeaders Tuesday highlight is 4-H alumnus Lazarus Lynch from New York City.

Lazarus was a member of the Food & Finance High School 4-H Club in Manhattan and worked with the Cornell Hydroponics, Aquaculture & Aquaponics Learning Labs.

He is now a chef, media personality, entrepreneur & the owner of Son of a Southern Chef.

Lazarus also serves as a Youth Trustee at the National 4-H Council.

CUCE-NYC’s 4-H programs engage New York City youth in projects and activities that help build skills in the areas of engineering, math, literacy, nutrition, health, STEM, civic engagement and leadership.
