Audiences Served
Our culturally sensitive, interactive nutrition and health learning experiences are targeted to audiences with limited resources and are designed to help participants learn how to live healthier lives.
EFNEP groups meet in a variety of community-based or faith-based agencies and schools throughout New York City
Audiences for the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) include:
- Parents
- Parents working to re-establish custody
- Caregivers of youth
- School-aged youth
* A group of at least 10 participants are required to start an EFNEP group.
