- Improving parenting skills by training agency leaders to implement projects such as Enhance Parenting Skills and Talking to Kids about HIV/Aids
- Enhancing the personal development of youth and building youth leadership skills through communication, problem solving, and decision making
- Increasing positive interaction between youth and diverse, caring adults via volunteer mentoring
- Developing 4-H programs through partnerships with community based organizations, faith-based organizations, schools, etc.
